Today I added a themes directory. What are themes? Let’s say there was a specific content type you loved. Maybe “String Thong”. You can search for it on our themes directory and find a page with lots of DVDs with that content.

I found out recently that for my E-commerce site it’s not a great strategy to have 100+ small product category pages for things like “Glasses” or “Sun Tan”. It’s better to organize those as “Product Tags” or a custom taxonomy like “Themes” (which i’ve done).

Doing it this way will let me more easily sort out obscure content types. Things like “ASMR” or “JOI (Jerk Off Instruction)”. And yes, that last one exists!

Now on each product page you can also see a “Themes:” section too that lists what themes that movie contains. Just click on any of those to find movies with more of that theme.

Another side benefit of doing all this is that now I can display cast names on the product catalog pages. That way you don’t have to click into the actual page to see whos in the movie!

On the Categories page at the bottom i’ve also listed the top 50 most viewed cast names on the site. Can you guess which AV idol is #1? Yui Hatano is #2. I’m also glad to see Rina Hatsume at #5! She’s an all time favorite of mine. #1 for sure. Even Nanami Nanase made the list. She was a very prolific bukkake AV actress and was in the infamous SDDH-011 Semen Maniac Movie. That’s one of the most extreme bukkake movies and how many people found our site back in the day. That DVD was a #1 seller for years and years without fail. Now in 2026, barely anyone has probably heard of it. I remember even I had problems watching that one. Fans of her sent in requests for things for her to do on screen and she did them all.

I’m trying to hard to make this site even better without any major layout changes.

This has been an extremely hard month, but i’m working as hard as possible.

There has been a severe lack of lesbian releases in Japan in the last few months. I’m not sure why exactly.

I did add quite a few of them with this update.

I also came across a pretty incredible new lesbian release called DASS-985. It’s starring my favorite Kana Yura along with Fuyue Kotone and a really tall AV actress named Kyouko Hanamiya. She looks like a GIANT compared to the other two. She’s 5’9″, but next to the others, she seems super tall! It has a slight S&M theme, but nothing too extreme.

The official title of the movie is “DASS-985 Want To Be My Pet? A True Story. The Stunning Beauties Who Keep Lesbian Pets: Kyoko Hanamiya, Kana Yura, Kotone Fuyua”

If you love the lesbian movies with the older & younger 18+ theme, then you might love this one! It has some similarities to the masterpiece LADY-098 (which is an all time best seller).

I hope they have more sequels to this movie. I’d love to see a movie with Kana Yura and Reiko Kobayakawa.

While i’m on this subject, one other similar movie is Rina Hatsume’s LZPL-023. It has a pretty incredible scissoring/tribbing scene. If you click that link, there is a video preview clip with the scene.

Today in just under the span of under 5 hours I was able to add cast names to nearly 10,000 DVDs!

These are for titles added from 2002 to December 2023 ONLY. All newer titles already had cast names.

Doing this manually would have taken me 166 hours total if I updated one product per minute.

I had no data from a backup database to get the data from.

With the help of AI (to show me how!) I was able to do the following, which is so cool:

1. Extract data to a CSV spreadsheet file from my old HTML only based site that used table cells. I did this with “python” and a script.
2. Clean up the CSV and get the SKU fields to match up with what’s in my current database.
3. I was also able to change old product IDs from ABC001 to ABC-001 format

If any of you don’t know, I used to run this site from 2002 to December 2023 with HTML only and no database for data storage for cast names etc.

I used Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. People these days no longer use software like that and use a CMS (Content Management System).

My old shopping cart provider stopped working in late 2023 and I was forced to start over from scratch. I tried forever to get them to fix their issues without any luck. In the end, this was kind of a blessing in disguise. It forced me to learn how to use a new E-commerce software (what we’re using today).

Luckily back then I was able to keep every single DVD on the site.

What went missing? Every review, screenshot, actress names etc. I had no way to import it. It was all HTML.

Adding that manually would have taken me months of working on it daily for 8 hours per day.

159 new DVDs were just added to the new releases page.

I started this update at 7pm and just now got done at 3:30am! It’s a pretty big update with lots of high quality titles.

This time and in future updates I’ll make sure to add those video thumbnail preview sheets.

I know a lot of you need them and I would too.

I also made another small change to the site that nobody will really notice.

It turns out that for my site software, having 90+ product categories isn’t optimal at all.

Themes, different sex acts, costume types and other small product categories are really best as what’s called “Product Tags” to organize content.

In a few days I’ll make an index of those and nothing is being removed. It’s just a way for me as the admin to better organize content and not confuse search engines.

Got a favorite theme? Let’s say you like pantyhose and stockings. Just type that into the search box and you’ll find a page listing them all.

This change will allow me to add lots of different tags to help people find rare content. Let’s say you like DVDs with the AV idol wearing glasses. You’ll be able to eventually find all of those too. Since they won’t be indexed by search engines, I can add as many as I want.

Adding a product category for something like “JOI” (Jerk Off Instructions!) or “Athlete” is just not a good idea. Tags are better.

I’ll focus on 6-10 main product categories and then organize everything else with product tags.

If you check a product page you’ll see a list of content found in that movie listed after “Tag:”.

I think one reason our most popular product categories aren’t getting much search traffic is that we just had too many product categories.

As I mentioned earlier this week, one of the all time biggest mistakes I ever made running this site was removing way too many picture preview sheets from the site. I could go on and on now about how bad this was for the site.

I never realized how many I had removed. It had to be 20,000 of them.

So far at least 95% of the ones that were missing were added back!

Around 10,000 of them for DVDs added in 2025! About the same for 2024 DVDs.

Many people absolutely must see a preview for a DVD before they even considering buying it. I don’t blame them.

I also don’t want to waste my money on a DVD with content I probably wouldn’t like. Screenshots help there.

It’s so fun buying lots of JAV DVDs and only liking a few of them. It happens to us all.

 

I’ve had some major nostalgia about running this site for nearly 24 years solo.

I often wonder how on earth I managed this. It seems impossible.

I think this site only became a success long term because I made it easier for people outside Japan to learn about new Japanese adult DVD releases, see previews and sometimes read reviews. Those DVD screenshots are far more important to customers than I realized.

Back when I started this site it was nearly impossible to see even screenshots or pictures for some rare movies.

Years from now too it’s going to be harder and harder to find information about older DVD releases. I plan to keep every single DVD online no matter what.

Along the way I temporarily removed a ton of them thinking that would help the site long term, but it just made things worse.

Every single title we ever had listed is still available. We’re up to about 36,000 DVDs.

Would you believe that from 2002 to May 2006 we only sold bukkake DVDs? I think some bondage titles too.

The site really took off when we started offering more than 2 genres. This was around June 2007. I just remember that 2007 was out best year on record.

I used to also sell only VHS tapes too! I bet many of you no longer own a VCR. I still have one but haven’t used it in years.

For regular movies I still prefer DVDs and Blu-ray discs. I love feeling that I own them and like to collect TV show boxed sets.

BTW right now about 70% of our entire collection now has picture previews I think. That’s a TON of content!

 

 

ALL DVD previews are back!

A month or so ago I decided to remove all the old “legacy” DVD picture preview galleries from the site.

The really ugly ones that open in a new window that is 100+ thumbnails on one page.

I was convinced these were so severely outdated and not useful for the site and customers. WRONG!

The issue is that they were made back in the day when mobile browsing on a cell phone wasn’t a thing or as common.

Back from 2002 to around 2020 or so I often used a program called “Arles image gallery creator”. This would take 100 screenshots I made and make an html gallery from them. Unfortunately many of them made a single HTML file for EVERY image! Not good!

I think these galleries are severely bloated and not optimal in 2026, but still very useful! Not mobile friendly at all.

At some point (around 2020 or so) I switched to making single image video preview sheets. These are far better long term.

Would you believe that from 2002 to 2015 or so I took nearly all my DVD screenshots manually?

Yes, I actually watched most of the movies, fast forwarded through them and picked out each one.

With up to 1000 DVDs added per month, this became impossible.

So today and yesterday I added back all the following:

1. All “legacy” picture galleries. These have a link in product pages for older titles. Most of these were added before 2022.
2. Missing JPG previews shown on product pages are back. If it has one, it will be shown.

When I started this site back in 2002 I had no way to take screenshots at all. Everything I sold was VHS and I never had a video capture device.

A year or so later when I switched to the DVD format I took screenshots for nearly every DVD we sold!

I think our site became such a success back then because screenshots and info about the DVDs we sold was extremely hard to find online! We were also one of the first sites selling Japanese Bukkake movies in the USA.

I remember hearing some rumor about Howard Stern mentioning bukkake on one of this shows and suddenly it all got very popular in the USA. Not likely that played a role, but you never know!

If your curious, there is little to no demand for bukkake or gokkun DVDs right now in the USA. I don’t know why. Maybe some people just don’t know such a thing exists? Maybe it’s too extreme for most? Back in the day our site only sold bukkake videos! Hard to believe. Back then we never called them gokkun titles. Everything was bukkake.

In Japan in the past year they’ve had quite a few new titles in the genre and we carry them. Mostly facial themed titles.

Today I also upgraded the server that hosts this website (remotely).

We’re now on 4 fully dedicated CPU cores with lots of ram and an NVME drive. Most people won’t notice many changes when browsing.

I also sometimes experiment with new changes on the site and I need to stop doing this. Nobody likes mega menus and I removed it..again.

I wanted to avoid clutter, but that wasn’t the way to go.

Today i’m planning for another small update. Maybe 60-80 new DVDs.

I add as many new titles as I possibly can. Nearly all of them are recent releases in Japan.

If you don’t see enough DVDs being added to your favorite genre, it’s probably because there is not enough of them being released that month in Japan.

Sadly, there is way way way too few lesbian movies being released in Japan. I don’t know why this is.

The biggest studios for them seems to be Bibian (BBAN-) and U&K (AUKG-).

They also used to have TONS of K-tribe and Minimum-AV like movies with the AV idols like Rina Hatsume or Rara Kudou, but not so much any more. Those are titles with women who have a petite/slender/slim body type. The covers often list their height in centimeters. The shortest AV idol I think seems to be Yuzuka Moyoshi off the top of my head. Yuzuka’s Moyoshi’s SDAB-273 is our #3 best seller! The link to that one has a video preview clip you can watch.

Minimum-AV created the amazing MUM- series (MUM-123 and MUM-155 are 10/10 titles IMO) and supposedly went out of business. K-Tribe is still around but tends to release too many compilations of older titles. I always loved the DVD cover artwork for those K-Tribe titles! I wish they had one with Kana Yura in it with her on the cover, just like before. Rina Hatsume is probably my #1 all time favorite AV idol, but Kana is in the top 10 for sure. These days most of my favorites are in the mature woman category or are big bust gravure idols. If you like big bust gravure idols, Sachiko Aizawa’s titles are incredible! They’re in my personal collection and I don’t sell them. Due to being non-nude and not sexually explicit, they would not sell at all on my site. I hope she releases more DVDs, but probably retired.  Strangely enough, big boob content was never on my radar until 2025 when I discovered Yulia Nova’s photo books and videos and how great big bust gravure idol DVDs were. How do I sell Japanese Porn DVDs for 20+ years and never know about gravure idol DVDs until 2025? It seems impossible to believe!

Today I added some of my favorite titles as digital downloads.

I like a variety of genres and some of you might not be into all of them so i’ll split them up by genre a little.

Lesbian (with a short futanari scene):

Cross CRPD-436 starring Rina Hatsume – This one has a super hot lesbian scene with an older woman. It has that popular older and younger woman (18+) theme. This movie flew under the radar for many. I personally love the Rina lesbian scene. Did you love the lesbian scene with Rina Hatsume in LZPL-023? Then you’ll probably love this one too.

Bukkake/Gokkun:

Dogma DDT-154 Sperm Lesbian – OK, so this might not be for every fan of Lesbian movies, but I personally think this one is a masterpiece. The director named Tohjiro is one guy who seems to be capable of turning something so nasty into some work of art! This movie to me is perfection. I’m pretty sure I gave it a 10/10 score. One of the hottest movies ever made in any genre! This movie didn’t ever have an HD release, but the quality is still very good! Plus it’s also starring the two beautiful AV idols named Chihiro Hasegawa & Mayura Hoshitsuki. Just thinking of this movie makes me want to go watch it again tonight!

MVG MVSD-067 Big Tits Semen “Junkie” – Tohjiro has his masterpiece above, this one is Kazuhiko Matsumoto’s masterpiece. As many know, he supposedly invented bukkake back in the day. This one is pretty incredible and a must have for sure. Of course I gave it a 10/10. It’s starring Azusa Ayano. Remember her? Lots of cum-play and cum collection and swallowing in this one.

MIGD-353 Dream Woman SP – For the Dream Woman 10 year anniversary they produced this impressive movie. It’s Yukiko Suo’s 2nd Dream Woman title! If you haven’t seen the Dream Woman series, you’re really missing out! It is focused entirely on messy cumshot facial scenes. Sometimes they have swallowing scenes too, but it’s not required. They are now up to #100 I believe.

MVG MS-01 Fuji No Jin – While going through my entire old DVD collection I discovered this movie in a DVD re-release. I knew I just HAD to add it as a digital download! If you don’t know, this is a vintange massive cum swallowing movie. It’s the first i’ve ever seen! Originally just to watch this you had to import it from Japan for around $100USD. Plus you had to actually find a shop that would ship it to the USA. I’ve read that early on, MVG only sold from their own shop. The first time I saw this I was knew to cum swallowing videos. It made my stomach feel a bit funny! When you see this, you don’t believe your eyes. It’s pretty amazing to say the least. Despite how old it is, the video quality is pretty good.

I even had a customer once send me a hand written thank me note describing in detail how much he loved this movie. How cool is that? I still remember him especially loving the big bowl of cum scene with her using a ladle to scoop cum up and empty it into her mouth. The bowl is basically like a large punch bowl kind of.

MVG MM-15 – Another MVG hidden gem that just so happens to be one of the hottest lesbian cum swapping movies there is. It also has two of my personal favorite bukkake actresses in it. Seika Izumi and Mirai Hirooka! This one I also just found as a DVD re-release. The video quality is better than ever before! Oh and it also has a super hot nurse themed scene.

 

Cosplay or General:

IFDVA-021 starring Hinata Seto – Amazing cosplay movie starring my favorite Hinata Seto. Remember her? She is lesser known this days but her movies are still worth finding.

IFDVA-027 starring Hinata Seto – Basically this feels like the companion DVD to IFDVA-021 and is also starring Hinata. Both are must haves.

SWD-03 starring Konomi Futaba – An ultra rare Konomi Futaba DVD you probably won’t easily find elsewhere. Back in the day I use to collect all her movies. She has a ton of them. She even has lots of VHS only titles and I once found most of those too. Believe it or not she also got a lot of USA only releases. So it’s safe to say she’s been an all time favorite AV idol for a long time.

 

Mostly just for nearly all the bukkake/gokkun titles, but there may be some for other genres too.

If you see a reference to a picture gallery that says “old-site/gallery” in the address, then it’s back online!

They are legacy galleries and the style is quite outdated and not very mobile friendly. They were made when cell phones were not common.

I realized that many of the older bukkake videos really do need good picture previews perhaps. The DVD covers don’t really show you much.

I also like to consider some of these older titles to be important for our site’s history. Information about some of these titles may some day be impossible to find online.

If you want to go back in time, you can still visit our Old site. All those DVDs are still available, but you have to search for them on our current site.

That old site has:

1. More previews for titles added before 2023
2. More reviews and scene descriptions
3. More actress info

To transfer over all that data it would have taken years.

 

 

 

We added 75 new DVDs to the new February 2026 updates page.

Today I also made some small changes to the site for the better.

Now the mega menu is gone. I’m sure most people found it ok, but some may have not liked it. Now the menu is a lot more simple.

I also realized that when people tried to download a digital product on a slow connection the download link would expire after an hour. This is NOT good and was set on accident. I understand that super fast internet is not always available to everyone. I now set it to 24 hours. 99% of the time i should take under 10 minutes to download each file. On my 400mbps connection it takes less than 5 minutes.

When a download link expires, you just click the download button again to get a new one. We set it to 60 attempts and 30 days to complete the download. If you go over this limit it’s no problem for us to reset it.

I also reduced the price to $5 flat rate for each DVD. I think times are tough for many people. I think this price is more than fair and actually lower than most similar sites. The days of selling at a ridiculously low price are over unfortunately. It’s just not possible in this economy and with how everything costs way more.

I can’t say it enough, but the last 2 months have been the hardest in our 20+ year history. We’re working so hard though to keep adding as many high quality JAV DVDs as possible.  Any order for February, large or small is very much appreciated!

For now we’re going to focus on your top 5 or 6 most popular categories. Here they are ordered by popularity for 2025 to now:

All Sex (General)  – This is out general category. If a DVD doesn’t fit into a genre on our main menu it will go here.

Big Tits – These genre has never really been on my radar for personal viewing until this past year. I also found out that I love big bust Gravure Idol DVDs (which I don’t sell). I also love the films of Yulia Nova, which were released in Japan only. Gravure Idol DVDs are non nude and often with no sexual content at all. I highly suggest the films of Ruri Kiriyama.

Petite/Small Tits/Slender or Slim (18+) – This is a very general category and I never know what to call it. The best general idea I can give you is DVDs where the model has a petite or slender body type like Kagami Shuna or Rina Hatsume. If your curious, the most popular AV actress in this genre is Rara Kudou. We have 221 of her movies! My personal favorite for the past year has been Kana Yura. We have 233 of her DVDs!

Bukkake (Facials) – This section contains movies featuring messy facials. That is cum being shot all over a woman’s face! Yes, it’s pretty extreme and is the only genre we once sold! It’s popularity has decreased over the years and why we started selling DVDs in many other genres.

Lesbian Women (All Girl Sex) – This used to be our most popular category. It’s my personal #1 favorite genre. I’m a guy who absolutely loves Japanese lesbian movies. Not all of them do. I’ll often have lots of male customers who ONLY buy the lesbian DVDs and that is so cool! The Japanese sure do make some good lesbian movies. The biggest producers of them seem to be Madonna, Bibian and U&K. Sadly, there is a shortage of new lesbian DVDs released each month. More and more I’m seeing less than a dozen per month.

So if you ever wonder why I don’t add many of them, that is why. I hope this changes soon!

Gokkun (Cum Swallowing) – This is basically the bukkake genre to me, but some customers asked for me to split them up and I did. This is just cum swallowing of any quantity. From a few cumshots at a time to a huge massive swallowing scene from a beaker etc. Some will find this extremely disgusting ot even offensive. I still remember my first time viewing one. My stomach felt a little funny. I’m a fan of the genre now though.

Are there any genres you love that we don’t list on our main menu? One I love is the Pantyhose & Stockings category. If the model is wearing them it goes there. I’m a fan of movies where the woman wears a cool costume, swimsuit or lingerie etc. We even have a “Bunny Girl” category. They also wear these nice latex (or whatever) cat-suit like costumes in the Female Investigator genre. I also love any movie with the use of a T-back or string thong, but sadly that’s all too rare sadly. This is one reason I loved all the Maki Mizui movies. She wore all these sexy and skimpy swimsuits. But since they don’t have any sex in them they rarely sell. I’ve tried my best to tell people how great her movies are! I absolutely love them. Each DVD is like a treasure to me. Non nude movies can be even hotter than any porn movies easily in many cases.

 

 

 

Today I added picture previews for every DVD added on January 1st 2026. The rest will be added ASAP.

In addition to this I also added a new way to easily browse ALL the full size covers without clicking them all one at a time.

It’s great for the collectors on a desktop/laptop PC.

You can now visit the January 2026 full covers gallery.

See a DVD there you want to buy? Just keep another page of the site open in another tab. You can then just type in search the Product ID code and then add it to your cart. In the gallery the ID is found by hovering your mouse over the cover.

I also made some recent blog posts asking for help related to extremely poor sales in the past 6 months (that I deleted). I had an “ah hah” moment and found one of the main causes of the poor sales. It’s 100% related to a severe loss of traffic and clicks from search engines.

It’s a bit technical but some may be interested in know about it.

It turns out that one of my plugins (like an app) was adding a no-index tag to 99.5% of my site’s pages! No joke! That is huge and could have caused a massive loss of clicks/traffic/sales.

A “no-index” tag basically tells search engines that the page is not important and they should not add it to their site (their index). NOT GOOD!

This harms the site in some of the following ways:

1. With this no-index tag in place, googlebot might stop crawling that page.
2. Lack of crawling those pages causes a loss of product page discovery. This means less people finding products we stock.
3. This could cause a severe loss of what’s known as “page authority” and “link juice”. Something you need for your category pages to show up in search engines.

So again, 99.5% of our pages were not even listed in search engines!!! That’s a severe loss of traffic. The plugin was trying to optimize our site to reduce index bloat and duplicate content without asking us. Even google suggests not doing what they did.

So now we hope for a full recovery, but it may take quite a long time. I am hopeful though! I need it to happen immediately or at least within a month if i’m lucky.

Until then, any orders are very appreciated. I still have some discounts listed on the ordering page.

Unfortunately we can no longer offer extremely low prices. In this economy it’s just not possible. Our supplies have also gone up a lot in price. Many of them I can’t even find locally anymore. I think most people will find that a $5 flat rate price is fair. It’s about what similar sites charge. Actually, even a few dollars less.

2025 was a major challenge. Hopefully 2026 is a little easier with our “fix” in place.

It’s hard to believe one single setting in our software could have caused so much damage!

That issue alone is why our product category pages were getting less than 6 clicks per day from search engines (we think).

I also added a lot more previews and reviews for DVDs in the bukkake videos area. Some of the ones listed as the most recent got new previews/reviews.

When bringing back old reviews I was surprised at how amazing some of those movies look. I even made a personal list of ones I need to go back and watch!

Did you know that 100% of all the gokkun titles now have screenshots and reviews if they were originally added? It was a lot of work!

Gokkun focuses on the cum swallow, bukkake is mostly focused on the facial scenes, but can contain all related content types.

It only lists movies added from 2002 to 2023.

I’ve made estimates and it would have taken 6 months of non-stop work to bring back all the old content to the new site! That would be impossible.

100% of the DVDs listed on that site are still available and added to our current site!

You can just type in our site’s domain name. I suggest checking in 2007. That was when our site was at it’s best in terms of new content.

Our design back in the day was quite ugly. It’s almost a bit embarassing! Oh well, I did my best!

I still can’t believe we once only sold movies on VHS! I bet many of you never owned a VCR!

I still have my old one and it’s still pretty good! It’s a Mitsubishi VCR with S-video! It was one of the more expensive models but was worth it.

One thing i’ll never miss is the old 4×3 square box format displays.

Even most early DVDs were not even in widescreen 16×9 format.

Our site really took off when we started to offer DVDs!
