Do I need an account? Do I need to register first?
No. You can order without an account or registration (which takes only seconds).
There are many benefits of creating an account though, such as:
- Store cart contents for later if you have limited time (up to 30 days).
- See your order status.
- See what you’ve ordered previously. No accidental duplicate purchases.
- Automatically fills out your address at check-out.
How much is shipping?
It’s Free on USA orders of $50 or more.
Standard flat rate is $7 – Arrives in 2-5 business days after shipping.
Flat-rate international shipping is $20.
Most international orders arrive in approximately 1 week, although delivery times can vary by country.
International shipping is expensive, but we do not add a markup to the shipping cost. The $20 flat rate is based on our actual shipping costs, and for larger orders, we subsidize the additional shipping expense so you pay no more than the flat rate.
Can my DVD player play your discs?
All DVDs are region free and viewable in most all countries!
This means they do not have region coding.
What is your guarantee and refund policy?
All DVDs are guaranteed to be free from defects.
If you receive a defective DVD, please contact us. In most cases, you will not need to return it. We will replace defective discs with the exact same title.
If you’re unhappy with a DVD for any reason, please email us and we’ll do our best to make things right.
We do not offer refunds. Because opened DVDs cannot be resold, we provide replacements rather than refunds.

Are your DVDs censored?
Yes. Under Japanese law, adult DVDs are required to have genital areas digitally blurred. The blurring is generally very minimal and limited to the genital areas; the rest of the video is not censored.
