Today I made some improvements to the site again to make it as fast as possible.
I am very glad to have finally gotten a pagespeed score of 100/100!
It’s harder than it seems and I don’t think I even got that with my old (static) website.
I’m using WP Rocket caching plugin plus some other things like defer javascript and remove unused CSS.
I also tuned some of my settings on the server side to try to help things. We don’t get tons of traffic though.
I also found some security plugin was bloating my database with over 1.5 million lines of code! It was several hundred megabytes.
