Have you noticed a surprising absence of any new Big Boob movies in the past 3 or so months?

It turns out I had some all added on accident to a category that wasn’t even listed on the main menu!

This means nobody could even see them easily.

They would have still have been listed on the home page though, but nowhere else.

If you check the above category you’ll find about 50 DVDs added there!

I also decided to focus my efforts on a select few genres and not try to have dozens or hundreds.

This caused us so many problems since March.

The genres we will focus on are listed on the main menu.

For over 20 years we offered only DVDs focused on 5-7 genres.

When we started offering more than that, things went south.

It only due to search engine indexing and traffic etc.

I am hopeful we can stage a full recovery and things will be back to normal.

I also made a lot of nice improvements to the site I think.

As always, my motto for the site in the past 20 years has always been “Keep it simple, stupid”!

Sometimes I forget about this!

I also made the mistake recently of trying the “Mega Menus” thing.

Why change what works best? Of course I deleted all that nonsense. Back to normal.

 

 

I added a ton of high quality titles on August 16, 2025. Over 207 of them in the usual variety. I did my best to add more to the categories people love too.

I’ve made some slight changes to the site to make it possible for customers and search engines more easily find our content.

I’ve decided to add some “Mega Menus” to the main menu. This is basically just to make it easier to browse.

If someone visits and doesn’t find what they’re looking for in 5 minutes, they’ll just leave.

Having only 5-7 of our categories on our menu wasn’t really good enough.

I tried to organize them all out in the best way possible. Most of the new listings are categories that have a lot of products.

One quote that has ALWAYS worked for this site the best in the last 20 years has been “KEEP IT SIMPLE, STUPID!”.

I try to remember that whenever I can.

We also are now giving automated discounts. No more coupon codes to enter!

Add an item to the cart and the discount is activated.

It’s the same discount without any changes.

I also made some changes to the home page. That page will now only display some top sellers in a few genres along with a sample of new releases.

To view our ENTIRE catalog you can view the Shop All Page on the main menu.

The product categories are just an easier way to sort them out.

This area is the full catalog and all genres. No sorting. It was previously all on our home page (which was a bad idea!).

Some product categories are WAY too general and I might remove them some day. Things like “creampie”.  “Cuckold” which is another one I wish I didn’t add. It’s VERY common in Japanese porn with the mature or married woman theme. I had to google what it meant a year ago because I didn’t know what it meant! Apparently it’s a person who enjoys seeing their partner have sex with another person! I didn’t even know that’s a thing.

I’ve also added tons of Digital Downloads. Some now even in 1080p. If that area is a success i’ll keep adding more and more.

 

The only reason this is possible is that we’re using a super great codec called H.265. This uses 50-60% less bitrate compared to the H264 format. If you’re a technical person, you’ll notice the files use a lower bitrate than H264. This is totally normal. We use a CRF of 20-23 (Constant Rate Format) and “slow” settings.

This all means that we’re able to offer 1080P files in much smaller file sizes. Without this codec it just would not be possible.

This codec is supported by nearly every current video player. I suggest VLC Player (it’s free).

For those with older computers that are made before 2010, we don’t suggest H265 files. In our Digital FAQ there is a test clip you can download. Even an Intel Core I3 “budget” CPU has no problems playing them. Even a computer made before 2010 might be able to play them. It’s worth testing it! If the test clip is laggy, slow or “studders” for you, it would be a bad idea perhaps to buy a 1080P video.  Sometimes those issues are actually due to an outdated video player though. That once happened when I played 4K videos in Media Player Classic Home Cinema and then switched to VLC Player. Problem solved!

The chance of anyone having issues with them is very low. If there is any problems you can also encode them to another format easily.

1080P files in H264 would be 6-8GB and that’s WAY WAY too huge.

With H.265 it may be possible to even offer 4K resolution videos some day! Most Japanese releases don’t get a 4K release though.

Digital products are back! I’m going to do everything I can to make this area a success.

I made a few mistakes during the last time we offered them.

Here are the improvements:

1. Downloads should be much more reliable. Even faster and can be resumed if it somehow fails.
2. Last time we hosted them on our site. Bad idea because it would slow down the site (possibly) during heavy transfers.
3. I am now able to add more digital products than ever before (not thousands though).

DVDs will still be offered forever. It would be virtually impossible to offer 26K digital downloads.

I noticed last time a few people had to make several attempts to complete a file. I realized that resume was not quite functioning properly back then.

I did a test of my own and easily capped my download speeds from my internet provider.

Of course for those outside the USA, the speeds might be slightly slower.

I’ll do a test and provide some videos from a variety of genres and see what is in demand.

I think I will even try to add some bukkake videos, maybe some mature woman titles.

There may be a genre that is more popular than I would normally expect.

I worked so hard on making this happen. It took me a long time to figure all this out.

I’m super excited about giving this another try!

 

It’s 100% fixed. Unfortunately it might have been randomly blocking order attempts for 2-3 weeks! I hope not.

If you recently experienced this problem, please try again! We’d really appreciate it!

This might be why sales have been dramatically lower than any other time this year! I’m not sure on this.

It’s now 100% working. It was some bizarre technical issue.

My email tool was causing this error and once I solved that, orders would complete.

 

 

Today I made some improvements to the site again to make it as fast as possible.

I am very glad to have finally gotten a pagespeed score of 100/100!

It’s harder than it seems and I don’t think I even got that with my old (static) website.

I’m using WP Rocket caching plugin plus some other things like defer javascript and remove unused CSS.

I also tuned some of my settings on the server side to try to help things. We don’t get tons of traffic though.

I also found some security plugin was bloating my database with over 1.5 million lines of code! It was several hundred megabytes.

Today I was wondering what the best selling bukkake movies were. You can click the link to check out my new list!

Many of us who got into bukkake and gokkun movies started out by watching all the Shuttle Japan and M’s Video Group (MVG) video tapes.

They were so simple, but very extreme. Their rarity in the USA is why I wanted to open this store. We eventually expanded to other genres of course.

I still remember how I got into bukkake. On usenet newsgroups there were people who took scans of European porn magazines (One was called “Private” I think). They had a lot of photos of oral sex/blowjob scenes that were sort of related. Eventually someone posted some before and after scenes from the Shuttle Japan bukkake movies. They were so extremely messy!

I was curious and found someone who sold them. This was back before internet video was even a thing (not even Youtube was around!). He sent me a bunch of video tapes and I was hooked.

My interest in them is why I started this site. It was originally a way for me to find other bukkake movies.

I also was into Gonzo American porn like the “Down the Hatch” series from Anabolic/Diabolic. I can’t remember many others. I was also a huge fan of the porn director Jules Jordan, who made the amazing “Ass Worship” series. I also loved the Anabolic “Ass Man” series. Ass Man #6 was the first porn movie I ever bought I think. They had a lot of European female porn stars in them.

I also liked the Platinum-X and Evil Angel studios. I think Red Light District was good too. And how could I forget Elegant Angel.

A lot of people don’t know this, but nearly every video store had a back room filled with porn! It was closed off by a curtain or door. There was this one on a college campus and it must have had thousands of rentals!

Gonzo is just hardcore, but less focused on the story and more focused on the sex. Lots of closeups etc. It was also a bit more extreme. Lots of “DP” and “DA” etc. That became less common later on for whatever reason.

Believe it or not I haven’t watched American porn regulary in 10+ years I think. The last series I followed was the Elegant Angel Massive Asses series (not BBW haha).

For awhile I was into Isabella Clark’s solo content and would buy all of it I could find. It’s pretty amazing content! Plus some stuff from Hotkinkyjo (which is often too extreme for me).

For a person who sells porn, I don’t watch it as much as I should! When I do updates i’ll set aside a few to watch. I should review some of them!

 

Today I was curious to see what AV Idol has the most DVDs listed on our site. It surprised me a lot, so I made a Top 50 List of the Most Prolific AV idols (of the site). Yes, sorry, it only goes by ones we have listed. Not how many they actually made. Maybe some day I will figure that out.

Did you know that we now have over 3177 AV Idols listed? Wow. They are listed on each product page as “Tags”. Just click them to see more of their DVDs.

Some day i’ll do a list based on the most popular ones, but that’s hard to track.

In the page above you can view the names of all of them and click their name to see their entire collection. Anyone want to take a guess at who is at #1? It’s a customer favorite for sure. I need to watch more of her movies! The best movie of hers that i’ve seen is KSJK-017. The camera angles and chosen sex positions are perfection and what makes that movie so great. That’s one reason I love studios that make Mature woman movies. They’re mastered how to use the perfect camera angles and positions etc. The old studio Aurora Project was great at that.

What are your all time favorite AV idols? I don’t actively follow any specific ones these days except for Kana Yuria.

My old favorites were always Rina Hatsume, Konomi Futaba and Maki Mizui (Maki only did softcore). The past few years I was really into the mature actresses Mako Oda and Ayano Katou. I also loved some of the more tame bondage movies from Dogma with Fuuka Nanasaki. Ones that felt more like art!

For my entire adult life when watching JAV movies, breasts were never even on my radar. Then I discovered the model Yulia Nova. Her movies and books were only really sold in Japan I think. Her movies made me realize I absolutely loved Big Bust gravure movies. I made that discovery in 2024!! Those are all non-nude, but they model in lingerie, swimsuits etc. I find them super hot. I especially love the beach scenes. The most popular model these days seems to be Rui Kiriyama.

Most of these types of DVDs are not listed on adult sites at all. Even if they might have some slightly sexual scenes.

Most of the models I like have DVDs out that are nearly impossible to find in the USA in any form. You have to order them direct. There is a lot less interest in non-nude content, which is understandable.

Who would have thought that a guy selling hardcore porn for a living would end up loving softcore non-nude content so much?!

Here is a front cover for Nanami Amakusa’s JSSJ-180. Sorry, I don’t sell it, but it’s a pretty great movie. I think she only made 4 movies.

If they sold them in some shop for say $50USD, they’d be worth it.

 

I changed up the homepage a little. I think it’s a good idea.

Now instead of displaying products from all genres, it will just display the current best sellers from the most popular genres.

It will display them in order. The first being the best seller. I couldn’t list 10+ products for each genre, but it was tempting.

You’ll see that the lesbian masterpiece LADY-098 with Rina Hatsume is listed several times! It’s just that good!

Prefer to just see what’s new from all genres? You can just view the New Releases page. It’s basically the same content as our old homepage was.

Turns out I found that google was incorrectly indexing our /shop/ page.

This is very very bad and it was a complete duplicate of our home page.

I had a self referencing “canonical” link to the homepage on the /shop/ page, but it was still being indexed.

I guess they say those are “hints” and not directions.

So that may have caused some major decreases in search engine traffic and sales.

Only because of duplicate content issues.

If it did cause issues, I hope we’ll see a full recovery.

So now I fixed that and re-directed the /shop/ page to the homepage.

What is a /shop/ page? It’s a section of an Ecommerce site that displays ALL Products from ALL Product Categories.

In our page it was 26,000 products across 1000+ pages. Nobody could possibly browse all that!

Technically, if you’ve got DVDs in many different categories, the /shop/ page is all duplicate content.

That is why you’ve probably never seen it on our site.  Our homepage used to be page 1 of that.

I’ll give you a general idea of how we add DVDs to the site.

If it’s a “vanilla” or general hardcore DVD, it will go into our “All Sex” category.

This is only if it WON’T fit into a category on our main menu.

I couldn’t think of a very good general area name and i’ve seen that used a lot. I didn’t like the idea of calling it “Hardcore” or just General.

Normally i’d make that category the home page, but somehow our software doesn’t allow that! Very strange.

Another tip is that if a DVD has many different themes, they’ll be listed as a “TAG” on the product page.

You can also click those tags to see DVDs with that theme.

It’s now double the ram and double the CPU cores. All dedicated CPUs and not shared. Does the site need all this? Probably not, but i’ve learned over the years to never skimp on a web server. One mistake we made early on back in 2005 or so was to use “shared hosting”.  Now we use a VPS.

We now have 8gb of ram and 4 CPU cores. On the previous setup we barely ever hit 30% CPU usage.

My hope is that it will make the site run faster than ever before!

In case you’re wondering, there is no visible changes. We didn’t have to change any data on the server.

I also added a new feature to the site that was requested by a long time customer. It’s a Wish List! Ever see a DVD you might want to buy later, but not right away? Just login and add it to your list.

When viewing your list you can click “Add to Cart” and it will be removed from the wish list.

BTW when we started this site, it was on a machine with only 512mb of ram…and best of all on a slow 80gb (!) mechanical hard drive. Now we use only NVME drives!

In curious you were curious, the machine we use now is not our local PC, but a remote one we use entirely for this website.
