Click the “Add to Cart” button for any DVD you want. This will place the item into your cart. You can order as many DVDs as you want.
When done, click the cart icon at the top right of any page and then click “Checkout” and then fill out your shipping details.

We use the strongest possible encryption for all transactions. You can look for the lock icon on your browser address bar. For additional security, we also do not store any credit card info on our server at all EVER.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. All payments are secure. We can also accept a check, money order or cash (wrapped securely and for smaller orders only). You can email us for mailing address. Please don’t make any payments out to “Japan Video World”.

Shipping inside the US is now just $5 for any size order! It’s free when you spend at least $50. International shipping is VERY expensive for us and it’s a flat rate of $20. This is actually quite discounted for larger order.

We never markup or profit off our shipping rates EVER.

Once shipped it takes 2-5 days inside the USA. Outside the USA it’s about 1 week on average.

We respect your privacy and all packages use plain, non-descript packaging. There are no indications on the package of what might be inside. The return address name is just 3 initials and our return address.

We also make sure to seal the packge with tape just in case the package is torn during shipping.

Even if opened, nobody would know what the DVDs were unless played.

All DVDs we sell are region free. This means they can be played back in nearly every country! Most Japanese Adult DVDs are region 2, but not ours! We have not had any reports of compatibility issues in over 10 years.

We guarantee all DVDs will play perfectly and be defect free.
If you receive a DVD that you think might be defective, just email us.
Due to our ultra low defect rate, there is usually no need for a return at all!
Exceptions may be made if there is a larger number of discs reported being defective.
We might require a return for this.

All defective discs are replaced with the same movie. If that movie is not available we will offer a credit or alternative.
We do not give cash back or refunds. This is because all orders are custom and considered “made-to-order”.

All defects are replaced with the exact same title. If that title is not available, we’ll provide an alternative of your own selection.
We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you simply don’t like a movie, unfortunately we can’t provide a refund.

We ship to any country that allows Adult DVDs.
All DVDs are legal in the USA, but some countries may have strict rules regarding pornography.
We regularly ship to Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia etc.

Please don’t worry or panic! It’s possible that we maybe have experienced more orders coming in than usual.
We process all orders in the order they are received. Packages rarely get lost in the mail.
We haven’t had a report of a lost package in at least 10 years.
If you’ve waited too long, you can email us and we will investigate.
Please note that we are a one person operation and there is a high demand for our DVDs.
We process and ship them as quickly as possible.
We work on orders 8-12 hours daily, 6-7 days a week.

Due to Japanese law, all movies have a very light mosaic over the female and male genitalia.
This does not take away from the enoyment of these movies. If it did, I wouldn’t be selling them!
We don’t offer refunds if you don’t like the censorship or didn’t realize the movies were blurred.

Back in 2002 we were frustrated we how much it cost to purchase Japanese Adult Videos directly from Japan if you were inside the USA. For a 60 minute VHS tape, it was often $100USD! We wanted to make it easier and cheaper for JAV fans to watch their favorite content. This is why we started Japan Video World! Believe it or not, we originally only sold VHS video tapes and primarily sold only Japanese Bukkake videos! When we switched to DVD only, we decided to start selling videos in more genres. We started out with a single page site run as a hobby, now we sell over 28,000 DVDs in many different genres!
